Kathy, under the direction of the Board of Directors, provides leadership and vision for the Association. She is charged with the overall management of the Association’s programs and budget. Kathy is also responsible for the Association’s public affairs, health policy initiatives, grants and contracts, and human resources.

Christi provides staff leadership and day-to-day oversight of the Association’s programs. She oversees the Association’s training and technical assistance program and manages the Association’s contracts and grants. Christi also directs the Association’s government relations, health care policy activities, and analysis of emerging issues. She works with the Association’s partners to advocate on behalf of community health centers and healthcare access issues.

Madeline manages all of the Association’s finances and human resources. As Finance director, Madeline also leads the Financial Managers’ work group.

Jane Jumbelick

Jane directs the Association’s clinical programs including the state-based Health Disparities Collaborative. She also coordinates the medical and dental directors network and provides technical assistance in quality improvement to health centers.

Denise Primm

Denise coordinates training and education events for the Association, including the annual conference. She works in information management—gathering and preparing analyses of information/data for distribution to members and for internal needs. Denise is responsible for the membership process and updates of the TPCA database.

Jackie Crumley

Jackie develops the Association’s newsletter, web site content, press releases and other communications. She also promotes and raises awareness of the Association through the media and other outlets. Jackie assists with the policy efforts of the Association, as well.

Bethany Anderson

Bethany leads the Association in the use of technology in support, training, and education programs. She also provides technology support to the Association members for the IT Group, tracking clinical measures through Registry systems, and assists with the Community Health Network’s TeleHealth program.

Tammy Barker

Tammy is responsible for supporting and assisting the CEO and assisting the Finance Director with the Association’s finances including accounts receivable and payable. She maintains the CEO’s office calendar and schedules meetings for her. She is responsible for facility management and working with TPCA vendors. Tammy works to support the smooth implementation of the Association’s day-to-day operations.
