Organizational Membership

This category is open to organizations that deliver primary health care services and provide a health care home for patients. Examples are federally qualified health centers, federally qualified health center look-alikes, rural health clinics, community based primary care clinics, and faith-based primary care clinics. Fees are based on the size of the organization’s annual operating budget.  The benefits of membership include the following:

  • Quarterly newsletter and monthly e-news update
  • Administrator training and networking (regular meetings)
  • Federally qualified health center administrator meetings
  • Legislative advocacy
  • Inclusion in membership map used for legislative advocacy
  • Free consultation on human resource issues, employee handbooks, etc. through TPCA contract with
  • Annual Conference (discounted fee)
  • Media resource library (fee)
  • Market environment e-mail updates
  • E-mail distribution lists for financial managers, medical directors, administrators, information technology coordinators
  • Receive free special reports: Economic Impact Study, Compensation Survey, etc.
  • Technical assistance (including grant writing assistance) for federally funded clinics and those seeking 330 funding
  • Eligibility for membership in Community Health Network whose mission is to enhance the business of community health in Tennessee by sharing resources and programs whenever possible. Emphasis is on management of technology and shared purchasing.
